Mauro Frattesi was born in Ancona in 1955 and is one of the Italian Managers with the most extensive experience in international business development of Companies.
Graduated in mechanical engineering, he joined Merloni group holding, among others, the roles of Strategic Marketing Director and Director of the European Markets, in Paris.
He continued his international career holding positions of General Management in other multinational groups: Piaggio, where he was one of Giovannino Agnelli’ s collaborators and CEO of Bianchi; the German Vaillant, as Director of the Central Innovation Division in Cologne; the British BAXI as Asia Pacific CEO in Beijing; ASK Industries, now part of the Japanese Group JVC-Kenwood, where he has been CEO and is still serving as member of the Board.
In 2009, he joined Ferretti, now controlled by the Chinese Weichai Group, where Mr. Frattesi played an important role in the company reorganization and, then, in the acquisition process by the Chinese group. He has been CEO of some of Ferretti Group main brands and Chairman of Ferretti Asia Pacific in Hong Kong.
The arrival of Mr. Frattesi in the Videoworks Board, with the responsibilities of the international business development, confirms the company’s strategic commitment to strengthen its global presence and expand its business activity both geographically and technologically.
