For example, the customer, through his smartphone, can have full control of the system both for specific local functions and for general ones. Even the lighting system, both inside and outside, can be managed uniformly, thanks to the lighting scenario control by Lutron / KNX platforms.
The audio system in the fitness and relaxation area was designed and built with the aim of minimizing the technological impact in any environment, through the installation of speakers so small that they can be held in the palm of one hand. Thanks to technologies developed by Videoworks, impeccable acoustics are guaranteed even in this particularly complex environment which features high ceilings and entire glass walls.
The cinema room has an exclusive Hi-Fi system with high technological content, consisting of a 100 ”TV and a surround system to live intensely every event; in addition, a Sonus Faber Macintosh system contributes to making this environment unique in its kind.
The rack room is the beating heart of the entire system that allows you to manage, monitor and connect to the various racks located in the different areas of the property. The centralized system guarantees a quicker and less invasive maintenance service, allowing constant additions and updates, even remotely.
Videoworks has also paid particular attention to Wi-Fi coverage both inside and outside the residential complex, including the guest house; the entire internal network is managed in optical fiber and also provides a 4G connection that can be used as a backup. The Customer, via tablet or smartphone, wherever he is, always has full control of the system that regulates the home automation system, the lights, the surveillance cameras to the video door entry unit.
